• C1 English & experienced in a leadership role, managing technical teams, and overseeing technology projects
• Deep knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate, including creating apps, automating workflows
• Deep knowledge of data modelling, SQL, and experience with data analysis tools
• Intense familiarity with APIs for integration purposes
• Several years of experience working with the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and specialists, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and skill development within the team
• Oversee the design and development of solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring they meet business needs and follow best practices
• Establish governance policies and best practices for using Power Apps and Power Automate, focusing on development standards, security, and compliance
• Collaborate with business process engineers to understand their requirements and translate these into effective technology solutions, acting as a bridge between the technical team and business units
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in technology solutions
