Your skills

  • Good general understanding of IT principles such as networks, hardware and domains and working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications
  • Good experience in end user device hardware and software troubleshooting and experience with building, configuring, replacing, EUC hardware components, H&E AV support and printer support
  • Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office, mobile devices, Lotus Notes, ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL environment would be beneficial, good experience in data backup techniques
  • Familiarity with virtual, MDM and VPN environments and Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous
  • CompTIA A+, MCP/MCSE and DELL desirable certification
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with end users
  • Logical and analytical approach to work
  • Able to work independently, productive, and efficiently

a) Operations & Technical Support (including B/F, Printers etc.)
b) Audio/Video Support
c) Digital Lockers & Vending Machines (stocking and restocking align with process)
d) Stock Management / Asset Management
e) Shipping, Disposal & Data Wiping Support Services
f) IMACs and Break-fix
g) VIP Support
h) DAWN RAID support
i) Mobility support
j) BCP
k) Spoke site visits and support
