Your tasks

  • Ability to reach out to children and create a relationship of mutual trust
  • Facilitates the holistic development of the children– physical, mental, and intellectual
  • Assists in homework, plans and organizes an education curriculum that makes learning fun, easy and meaningful
  • Ensures discipline in and around the Hostel as well as an atmosphere of peace and harmony of all the residents
  • Addresses medical/social and personal emergencies of all children. Accompanies children to the hospital in case of illness or injury
  • Ensures that children in need of psychologically support are identified and visit a counselling session
  • Assist in necessary documentation and office work
  • Ability to conduct Child Committee Meetings, use of technology to impart fundamental concepts
