Your Tasks

As a Hemmersbach Engineer located in Antwerp, you make the end-users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanor. You will have direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd Level Support – remote and on-site – quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

  • You will help users with their problems and requests, thus putting a smile on their faces
  • You will provide 2nd end user computing support for hardware and software related issues
  • You will analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via
  • Active Directory
  • You will log your approach and your solution to problems through a ticketing system

Our Requirements

  • You live in Belgium
  • You already have experience within IT support and have ideally used ticketing systems
  • You have a strong working knowledge of MS-Windows
  • Operating Systems
  • You have fluent English and French language skills and are motivated to do something good for your users
