Your Tasks

  • You just love repairing hardware. You really do not want to call external technicians for warranty handling any more, you would like to be one making a difference and repairing the fault yourself right away. The variety of going to different customers and facing various different situations makes this job something special for you. If the above is true for you, Hemmersbach offers what you are looking for:

  •  You will complete service, maintenance and repairs on computers, notebooks, desktops, workstations, printers/plotters and peripherals independently (mainly HP products).

  •  Thanks to the good work and support from our disposition department, you will be able to fulfil the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and put a smile on the customer's face.

  •  You will log the progress of your work in English directly on site, using our self-developed ticketing system on your tablet computer.

Our Requirements

  • Technical knowledge of standard operating systems (Windows) to solve software application problems or to completely reinstall the PC (images, applications and customer data)
  • Installation, upgrade, support and troubleshooting for Windows (i.e. installation and configuration of hardware / software and active participation in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support)
  • Work technical knowledge to process service orders, for PCs, laptops, peripheral devices (e.g. keyboards or mice);
  • 2-4 years experience (Work experience with Server, Network and Storage devices in a productive environment)
  • IT Infrastructure planning, managing and documenting experience
  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills (Hardware, OS)
  • Migration, installation and HW decommissioning experience
  • Knowledge or previous experience with SLA
  • Fluent English and German ( B1/B2 level)
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to travel for business purpose in dedicated region
  • Driving licence + active drive is a must
