In order to ensure the long term success of our company, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager with strategic focus who consults our Executives in all HR-related topics and prepares them for future success. Your Tasks

  • Leading HRBP Global Team

Performing a line supervisor role for the 8 HR Business Partners by considering relevant HR KPI with direct reporting line to Global Head of HR, taking care of the continuous personal development of the team members

  • Building partnership with the business, coaching and maintaining positive relationships with the executives (up to c-level), consulting and participation in global change processes
  • Development, implementation and optimization of modern HR instruments, ensuring its compliance with all HR processes / guidelines
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, cooperating with colleagues from the Centres of Expertise such as Talent Acquisition, L&D or HR Administration
  • Delivering strategic and operational advice on labor law issues such as international transfers of staff, restructuring, disciplinary actions etc.; ensuring compliance with local employment regulations (close cooperation with our legal counsel and local HR teams)
  • Providing professional guidance on a diverse range of HR matters along the employee life cycle, coaching and advising on issues related to workforce planning and staffing, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, change management and transnational projects

Our Requirements

  • Several years of experience as HRBP / HR Manager in a fast growing / fast moving business environment with a global organisational structure
  • Previous experience in people management (as a strong asset)
  • Ability to lead a team remotely and transnationally
  • Experience gained in outsourcing / contact centre (as a plus)
  • Perfect command of English, very good German is more than welcome
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Exceptional analytical skills and solution-oriented approach
  • A real expert in the international HRM field including labor law skills especially when it comes to transfer of business
  • A self-confident communicator, enthusiastic team player
  • A credible partner who creates followership and builds trusted relationships easily
  • A strategic, business-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
  • A strong enabler of collaboration across different functions in a large, global organization
