Your Tasks

As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd Level support onsite – quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

  • You will help users with their problems and requests, thus putting a smile on their faces
  • You will analyse errors, maintain hardware
    You will log your approach and your solution to problems in a ticketing system
  • You will handle incident/problem/change requests/calls from service desk, L-2 Tech support & Executive support team
  • You will provide Hardware break fix services for laptop, desktop, printers and scanners
  • You will provide hardware upgrade services for laptop, desktop, printers and scanners
  • You will handle new desktop orders and provide MACI (Move, Allocate, Change and Install) services
  • You will provide L1-L2 desktop support, Provide L2 LAN support (LAN admin support with touch services)

Our Requirements

You already...

  • have excellent Danish and English skills and motivated to do something good for your users
  • have minimum 2 to 3 yrs. of experience in Enterprise desktop support experience
  • Exposure to ITIL delivery processes (ITIL foundation certificate will be an added advantage)
  • have Excellent experience in installation and troubleshooting MS office, Adobe Acrobat, MS outlook, MS Visio, MS front page, MS one note, MS project, MS Internet Explorer and other standard desktop applications
  • have Very good hands on experience on Lync, RDP, Remote desktop support and MS SCCM Client
  • have very good experience on providing client level support ideally with ticketing systems
