Your Task

  • Partnering with local recruiters to source proper quantity and quality of applications and to identify staffing process improvements
  • Job posting, improving the recruitment advertising and the usage of selected channels (job boards, careers pages and social media platforms), measuring the efficiency, drawing conclusions, participation in budget planning
  • Implementing new sourcing methods, driving sourcing and talent acquisition efforts, browsing the internal database for relevant candidates in line with specific assignments, conducting direct search activities - proactively sourcing against both - live and pipeline vacancies
  • Raising the brand profile in collaboration with the marketing department as well as with universities, career offices, conference organizers - representing the company at the job fairs
  • Organizing proper onboarding of new joiners: preparing employee handbooks, welcome packs and facilitating the induction process

Our Requirements

  • Excellent English skills
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate either multiple tasks or multiple inputs for accomplishment of given tasks
  • High degree of accuracy and detail orientation, continuous improvement approach
  • Enthusiasm, team spirit, friendly attitude
  • Computer literacy (MS Office), experience with Application Tracking Systems is an asset
  • Previous experience in recruitment is an asset
