Your skills

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven working experience
  • Strong skills in at least one scripting/programming language (preferably Python)
  • Very comfortable with Microsoft Enterprise Platforms, Unix / Linux and VMware Systems
  • Able to dive into code, handle customer escalations, and drive to resolution in a timely manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on documentation
  • Demonstrable focus on the customer, including the ability to see past individual break/fix incidents to understand the customer’s setup and requirements, and the ability to build relationships with customer engineers
  • Ability and desire to occasionally work in the Determined codebase to tackle bug fixes, supportability improvements, and features

Your Tasks

  • Need to have good knowledge of Installation, Troubleshooting Hardware and Software ware configuration including Networks and little bit of Cyber Security.

  • Ability for Installation, Troubleshooting and Management of Red Hat Linux, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 2012 , Windows 2016 Server installation in HPE Server and Active directory , File server , DNS & DHCP, Active Directory configuration Knowledge.


    • Ability for Installation, Troubleshooting and Management HPE Server / Storage and Network Technology, besides knowledge of Cisco UCS, Network+, VMware, VCP, Server+, HP-AIS, etc., they would be preferred. Must need to have HPE Enterprise Certifications.
