Your skills
- 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Technical knowledge of Windows OS (Win 8/10/11), familiar with imaging machines, standard Desksite user support
- Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Intune, standard corporate software
- Familiarity with Service Now
Your Tasks
- Responding to incoming tickets for onsite support of End Users, Workplace / desktops, laptops, software and hardware support, Outlook, Office 365, VPN, etc.
- Windows corporate network environment (Active Directory, Microsoft Intune)
- Mobile devices, Multimedia equipment in meeting and conference rooms, Multi-Functions Printers, Collaborative tools, Hands and Eyes (under Level 3 guidance) in server rooms.
- IT Hardware inventory management
