• 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, MS Intune, standard corporate software (VPN, AV, Office 365, etc.)
• Excellent time management skill
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
• Exceptional customer facing skills
• Familiarity with ServiceNOW ticketing system would be a plus
• Basic support for Mobile devices, Meeting rooms equipment, MF Printers, Telephony

• Responding to incoming tickets for onsite support of End Users
• Workplace / desktops, laptops, software and hardware support, Outlook, Office 365, VPN, etc.
• Windows corporate network environment (Active Directory, Microsoft Intune)
• Mobile devices
• Multimedia equipment in meeting and conference rooms,
• Multi-Functions Printers,
• Collaborative tools and Hands and Eyes (under Level 3 guidance) in server rooms.
• IT Hardware inventory management
• Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
• Handle inbound calls and answer questions
• Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
