Your skills

  • 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
  • Familiar with ticketing system (such as Service Now and etc.)

Your Tasks

  • To support the wider network team and act as an L1’s and L2’s in the team.
  • Good knowledge in remote monitoring .administering network and to provide Onsite(Hands &Feet) support
  • Need to check physical cabling and perform basic computer troubleshooting .Communicate and resolve the end user issues.
  • Tracking of incidents through tools ,Monitor the Environment and liaise with L2’s & L3’s in the team to resolve network related issues.
  • Coordinate and work with 3rd party vendors for their managed devices .Should join operation review calls to represent the team.

        i. Layer 1 & Layer 2 – VLANs , SPT ,Port Channels

           ,VPC, MAC.

        ii. Basis understanding of OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and

            Wireless .

        iii. WAN – MPLS, SD-WAN &Riverbed

  • Utmost attention on online monitoring system to ensure 24/7 and 100% system availability.
  • Coordinate and work with 3rd party vendors for their managed devices .Should join operation review calls to represent the team.
  • Creates a positive customer experience and builds strong relationship through communication, Problem understanding ,and timely resolutions.
