Your skills

  • Fluent English
  • Ability to provide clear guidance
  • Experience in End User software troubleshooting
  • Basic technical service background
  • Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains Working knowledge of leading software
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Operating system and related software and applications

Your Tasks

  • Provide Excellent Remote L2 IT Support

  • S/W installation / uninstallation

  • Perform an Incident fix

  • Update and close tickets (Service Now)

  • Maintain technical documentation
