Your skills

  • Vary good communication skills in English and Polish languages - B2
  • Good working knowledge of Windows Operating system and related software and applications
  • Experience in End User software troubleshooting
  • Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains working knowledge of leading software
  • Ability to provide clear guidance
  • Excellent customer service skills

Your Tasks

  • Provide Excellent Remote L2 IT Support
  • Software installation
  • Perform an Incident fix
  • Update ticketing system (Service Now)
  • Maintain technical documentation
