Your skills

  • Customer oriented, with good communicational skills.
  • Fluent Dutch & good English skills
  • Previous experience in L2 Support working with ticket systems.
  • Problem solving and decision-making attitude.
  • Polite behaviour and good manners

Your Tasks

  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to end-user devices/applications.
  • Installation of user devices and application.
  • Configure mobile devices.
  • Ticket handling.
  • Asset management.
  • Hands and Eyes support.
