- Maintain and create Power BI reports (Power BI Desktop/Web)
- Monitor Power BI report performance and recognize problems with it
- Establish connections between the data warehouse and Power BI using SQL Server Management Studio
- Prepare and share data with internal customers, based on requested conditions
- Support our reporting specialists for ad hoc requests
- Ensure a high quality of information in all reporting and data sources.
Soft Skills needed:
- Very good English
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging customers
- Analytical thinking, necessary for data analysis, recognizing patterns and connections
- Problem-solving, required for debugging and troubleshooting eventual errors
