Hemmersbach Educational Programme (HEP)

HEP is an international educational programme for future Hemmersbach leaders. The twelve months are structured in four units teaching both theoretical and practical knowledge. The theoretical part contains knowledge on time management, character analysis, conduct of negotiations and presentation methods. Within the year of HEP as a Junior Service Delivery Manager you can use the new knowledge in national and international IT-Service projects.
