The Buddy Programme
To ensure all new colleagues have an even better start to their Hemmersbach careers, they will all be assigned to a "Hemmersbach Buddy". This programme will help employees feel welcome and they will benefit from the knowledge of an experienced colleague.
Who can be a Buddy?
A Hemmersbach Buddy is characterized as someone who is a sympathetic and exemplary employee, with extensive knowledge about the company. A buddy actively carries out our company culture, proving themselves through their expertise and excellent communication skills, as well as having an ability to motivate and support new employees.
What is required of a Hemmersbach Buddy?
On the first day the buddy will meet the new employee and will proactively talk to the new colleague at least once a week during the first four weeks. For the first two months the chosen buddy will be responsible for answering any questions the new employee might have about the daily work. This includes any professional, cultural or organizational topics.
